Shipment takes 5-10 business days to arrive, please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations.

 

 

Returns

1. Please contact Customer Service by submitting the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 12 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2. After receiving return instructions from the service, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged,with all tags attached .
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. The returns will be made at your own cost.
5. A tracking number and receipt of the returned package is required.
6. Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account when package is received. (Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.)
